We are looking for:

 

1 – DRAFTSMAN/PROJECT DESIGNER

 

The candidate will take care of the drafting of CAD drawings for the construction of the plants in the workshop, must be available for inspections to Italian and foreign customers for the necessary surveys for the execution of the drawings and possess the following characteristics:

 

– New graduate in technical drawing;

– Previous work experience, even short, in the job;

– Good knowledge of technical drawing computer programs, preferably Autocad Mechanical and Inventor: 2D-3D;

– Good knowledge of English and / or French;

– Residence or domicile no more than 20km from the company offices.

 

2 – BACK OFFICE

 

– Excellent knowledge of French and English, German is appreciated;

– Young figure aged between 25 and 35 years;

– Residence or domicile no more than 20km from the company;

– Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and the main IT tools

 

3 – PROJECT MANAGER

 

Area Impianti S.p.A. is looking for a Project Manager of technical extraction with at least 10 years experience gained in a primary plant engineering company.

Types of systems:

 

– Flue gas treatment systems;

– Heat recovery and energy production systems.

 

Main activities:

 

– Management of orders in Italy and abroad;

– Relations with suppliers and subcontractors for construction and assembly;

– Commissioning;

– Training of the customer’s staff.

 

4 – ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNTING

 

The resource will be adequately trained alongside the head of the Administrative Office to acquire full autonomy for the performance of administrative / accounting activities such as:

 

– General accounting, customers and suppliers;

– VAT settlements;

– Declarations of intent;

– Active invoicing.

 

Requirements:

 

– Degree in Economics and / or Diploma in Accounting

– English language (C1 / B2)

– Second language (B2) preference for French

– Residence / domicile is required no more than 20km from the company.

 

5 – INTERNS ENGINEERS TECHNICAL OFFICE

 

Project Manager Assistant

On-site training as an assistant to an experienced Project Manager for the management of a contract and, on site, as an assistant to the Site Manager (stay in Italian and / or foreign construction sites for a few weeks could be foreseen). The finalization of the internship is to train a new project manager and / or a new advanced site manager.

The expected duration of the internship is 6 months and will be remunerated in a manner appropriate to the skills.

Requirements:

 

– Engineering degree

– English language (B2)

– Second language (B1) preference for French

– Availability for transfers to foreign construction sites for over 50% of the time

– Residence / domicile within 20 / 30km from the company

 

Proposal Engineer Assistant

On-site training as an assistant to an experienced Proposal Engineer with, also, short trips to Italy and abroad. The finalization of the internship is to train a new designer-computer.

The expected duration of the internship is 6 months and will be remunerated in a manner appropriate to the skills.

Requirements:

 

– Degree in Engineering or Economics

– English language (B2)

– Second language (B1) preference for French

– Availability for business trips

– Residence / domicile within 20 / 30km from the company

 

Sales Engineer Assistant

First technical training, to get to know the product, alongside a Project Manager and then commercial with a Sales Engineer, aimed at acquiring the ability to play a technical-commercial role of an adequate level to deal with technologically and economically important plants.

The expected duration of the internship is 6 months and will be remunerated in a manner appropriate to the skills.

Requirements:

 

– Degree in Engineering or Economics

– English language (C1)

– Second language (B2) preference for French

– Availability for travel in Italy and abroad

– Residence / domicile within 20 / 30km from the company

 

6 – CORPORATE CONTROLLER

 

The candidate must have a degree in Economics and Finance and at least 10 years of experience in similar positions, residence in Padua or nearby, good knowledge of at least English.

The candidate will respond directly to the General Management by sharing the Company’s corporate strategies.

The role of Controller is to support the General Manager in all his functions.

In particular but not exhaustively he will take care of:

 

– Financial Management with responsibility to relate to financial institutions (Banking and Insurance, mainly), cash flow control, projections of economic availability to 6/12 months, business plan with projection to 2/3 years, management of signing assignments, continuous monitoring of planned EBITDA, participation in M&A activities, participation in activities for possible stock exchange listing (IPO);

 

– Supervision of sales office activities, sales contract management, participation in the definition of the annual sales budget, control of the mobile sales budget, verification of sales and offers margins, participation in negotiations, problem solving towards customers;

 

– Supervision of order performances in collaboration with purchasing and Production Manager, problem solving towards suppliers, support for important purchase negotiations.

 

We offer an indefinite contract at the highest level National Collective Working Contract Metalworkers Sector (CCNL Metalmeccanico), with a probationary period  of 6 months.

Remuneration appropriate to the candidate’s level of professionalism.

Upon successful completion of the trial period, Benefit and MBO will be granted.
