A new flue gas treatment line complete with:
- Axial cyclone to protect the bag filter from sparks and unburnt ash.
- All-in-one system that includes:
- A dry reactor (preceded by an injection of sodium bicarbonate and lignite coke in addition to a static mixer).
- A vertical bag filter with sleeves of oval cross-section. The bag filter will consist of 4 independent cells. An ammonia injection section.
- A steam / flue gas heat exchanger A non-compartmentalised SCR catalytic reactor without regeneration system.
- One flue gas/water economiser.
- One draught fan (with silencer).
- Reagent part:
- An ash storage silo, with its conveying system: includes ash collection under the boiler and under the ECO.
- One lignite coke storage silo (equipped with the dosing and injection system).
- A sodium bicarbonate storage silo (equipped with the dosing and injection system).
- A storage tank for the 24.5% ammonia solution.
