New line for the treatment of fumes from the incineration of hazardous industrial waste (dry treatment section) consisting of:
– Quencher/Reactor;
– Filter with sleeves;
– Gas/Gas heat exchanger;
– Heizgas burner (and/or natural gas);
– High temperature SCR DeNOx;
– Storage, dosing and injection systems of Lime (or Bicarbonate), Activated Carbons, Ammonia and Cooling water;
– Pneumatic transport systems and storage of ash and residues from Filter and Quencher;
– High temperature (UHT) lime injection system in the post-combustion chamber for a first reduction of SOx.
– The line is completed by a new wet treatment system, supplied by Waterleau, downstream of the dry section provided by Area Impianti.
